Our second site

Expanding our purpose-built model to Nottingham

Delamere is building a second purpose-built addiction treatment facility in Nottingham — a major milestone as we expand beyond our Cheshire base to bring compassionate, evidence-led treatment to more people and families.

Since opening our first clinic in 2020, almost 1,500 guests have completed the pioneering Delamere residential programme. Our Nottingham site will allow us to support more people struggling with substance misuse, burnout, and behavioural addiction.

The new facility is being developed on the site of the former Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue headquarters at Bestwood Lodge Drive. Work is underway, with the clinic expected to welcome guests at the end of 2027.
