Cocaine rehab is an in-patient stay and intervention designed to help you overcome the mental and physical addiction to cocaine. It usually combines a medical detox from cocaine to heal the body followed by therapy to address the psychological aspects and root causes of substance abuse.
If you’ve been using cocaine over a long period of time you may have built up a tolerance. This is usually the start of a physical dependence. You will need an increasing amount of cocaine to feel the same ‘hit’ and your cravings may become more intense.
When these feelings become uncontrollable and you develop a compulsive desire to take cocaine, regardless of the consequences, this is an addiction that can only be treated with professional cocaine rehab.
During a stay at our purpose-built residential rehab, we begin with a supervised cocaine detox to help your body withdraw from the physical addiction and dependency.
After this, we focus on a variety of experiential and somatic therapies to develop a trauma-informed approach to your recovery. All guests receive one-to-one counselling and mentoring sessions as part of our intensive approach to cocaine rehab.

Our approach is person-centred and holistic. That means we understand that each person is unique and we don’t subscribe to a one-site-fits-all philosophy.
Talking therapy, either alone or in groups, is commonly used in rehab programmes for cocaine. It addresses the behavioural and emotional drivers of cocaine addiction such as shame, guilt, grief and loss.
We use this talking therapy to help people change their thought patterns and irrational responses to everyday situations. With support from your therapist, you will learn tools to modify your behaviour.
This therapy focuses on your motivation to change. It is often used in conjunction with CBT as a non-confrontational approach to cocaine rehab. This technique helps people to focus and commit to a specific goal.
An in-patient stay at Delamere is a deliberately intensive 4-phase drug rehab programme which we’ve crafted over time to help many people recover.
We start by taking you through a safe and assisted cocaine detox supervised by our Delamere team of passionate therapists, doctors, nurses, counsellors, and support staff, some of whom have lived experience of addiction.
When someone is addicted to drugs, everyone suffers. Whether it’s a relative, friend or someone at work, addiction, their dysfunctional behaviour affects those closest to them.
If you’re worried about a person’s drug taking and would like to find out more about drug rehab in a private clinic, Delamere is here to help. We offer family support services to help your loved one confront addiction.
We can also help you to get the conversation started with intervention services that encourage your loved one to enter drug rehab treatment with us.
