During a stay at Delamere, guests will receive a variety of therapies and treatments. 1-1 and group therapies are designed to help guests understand the underlying causes of their problems and help overcome them.

Guests at Delamere will follow our 4-phase treatment model which begins with a medical heroin detox, supported by our 24-hour on-site nurses.
Once the body has withdrawn from its physical dependency, we begin to address the psychological addiction through trauma therapies and somatic healing techniques such as yoga, breathwork, meditation, and other holistic approaches. This will continue into the final stages of the programme where guests will identify risks, triggers, and personality traits and develop a detailed plan for returning home. Once guests have returned home, the initial period of recovery is supported by Delamere, a defence against a return to active addiction is built and foundations of an enduring recovery are established.
