Delamere codeine rehab

At Delamere, we approach codeine addiction rehab from a place of understanding, dignity, and compassion. Our 4-phase treatment model has been designed to be deliberately intensive, allowing our guests to experience profound change in a short period of time. Our private rehab clinic in rural Cheshire is the ideal space to pause the distractions of day-to-day life and focus wholeheartedly on getting well.

Our multidisciplinary team comprises doctors, 24-hour on-site nurses, therapists, mentors, and support staff who are united by the common goal of helping our guests make life-saving transformations. During a stay at Delamere, our guests take part in four private therapies a week, two 1-1 counselling sessions and two 1-1 recovery mentoring sessions, this is often higher than can be expected with other UK codeine rehab providers and an invaluable asset to our guests.

Additionally, guests also join group therapy sessions covering themes such as guilt and shame, grief and loss, adverse childhood experiences, self-esteem, and stress and anxiety.

Our approach to rehab for codeine addiction takes advantage of holistic and somatic healing practices to treat not just the addiction, but the mind, body, and soul of each of our guests. We believe that only with this complete healing of the entire person will they find lasting change and recovery. This approach includes sessions in equine therapy, breathwork, yoga, art, music, and other such holistic therapies.

Codeine rehab at Delamere starts with a safe and successful codeine detox, following which guests will enter into a period of intensive therapies and healing. Here our guests are also provided with the necessary tools to make their transition to at home recovery as successful and supported as possible.

Why is codeine rehab important?

Whether you’re looking for yourself or a loved one, codeine rehab at Delamere offers those suffering from addiction a second chance at life. Our rural Cheshire location provides our guests with a safe, relaxing, and dignified environment to complete a codeine addiction rehab programme. The importance of taking time out to stop an addiction and focus on healing in a safe space cannot be understated. Guests at Delamere enter into group therapy sessions and activities,

during which time they will build connections with others in similar situations, the impact of which is profound and can be transformative. By creating relationships with peers, our guests are able to remove some of the shame and isolation they may feel around their addiction, allowing them to open up to one another and create a supportive community of people who know exactly how they feel.

“My own journey through addiction was the inspiration for Delamere. We provide exemplary care in first-class facilities, focusing on creating lasting outcomes for our guests and their families. Helping them not just overcome their addiction, but grow beyond it.”

The Delamere approach to codeine rehab

An inpatient stay at Delamere is a deliberately intensive 4-phase codeine rehab programme, one which we have crafted over time and has helped many participants recover. Our emphasis is on holistic care to treat addiction and associated issues. This means that we treat the whole person rather than just the symptoms they present with. We believe that successful treatment runs far deeper than simply stopping the addictive substance or behaviour.

Our approach at Delamere comprises 4 core phases: Stop, Start, Grow, & Bloom. Everything we offer at Delamere aims at effective and lasting outcomes in addiction treatment:

  • Delamere Treatment Model - Stop Icon
    Stage 1: Stop

This phase addresses any physical aspects of your addiction. Our medical team is on hand 24/7 to ensure a safe and effective withdrawal.

  • Delamere Treatment Model - Start Icon
    Stage 2: Start

During ‘Start’ we help identify the psychological underpinnings of your dependency as you participate in a variety of addiction treatment therapies.

  • Delamere Treatment Model - Grow
    Stage 3: Grow

Our ‘Grow’ phase is the process of integrating the Delamere learning experience into life after treatment.

  • Delamere Treatment Model - Bloom Icon
    Stage 4: Bloom

Our ‘Bloom’ phase offers intensive support on a weekly basis for the first three months of recovery once guests return home.

How to encourage a loved one to go to a codeine addiction rehab

At Delamere, we know from experience the isolating and helpless feeling of having a loved one in denial about their addiction. That is why we offer family support services, to guide you and the persons suffering from a codeine addiction through this difficult time. If necessary, we also provide intervention services, whereby our trained and compassionate team can carry out an intervention with your loved one either on- or off-site with the aim of them entering into a stay at our Delamere clinic.
