I joined Delamere in 2023, inspired by its vision and ambition and excited by the opportunity to help shape the colleague experience as the business continues to grow. I bring many years of experience across Operational HR, Learning & Development and Talent Management, with most of my career spent in retail, logistics and manufacturing. Healthcare is a new industry for me, and one where I’m enjoying bringing transferable skills and fresh perspectives.
What motivates me most is seeing the potential in others and supporting people to grow and succeed. I believe that when colleagues are empowered to develop and do their best work, businesses thrive too.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to two boys and nana to my fantastic grandson. I love travelling and experiencing different cultures with family and friends, and more recently, I’ve developed a passion for padel!
