Andy Rowland

I bring a wealth of diverse experience to my role in the Maintenance Team at Delamere. My career began in 1988 when I joined the police force, where I proudly served for 30 years. Eighteen of those years were spent as a dedicated Dog Handler, a role that honed my discipline, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

After retiring from the police in 2018, I transitioned into the role of an AV Engineer, working with a friend on TV, satellite, CCTV, and data installations. This opportunity allowed me to expand my technical skills and knowledge in a new and exciting field. Most recently, I worked as a Store man at a local online company.

Now, I’m excited to bring my diverse background and enthusiasm for new challenges to Delamere. I’m looking forward to contributing to the team and helping to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone here.
