As a psychiatrist with a specialist interest in addiction treatment, Catherine is a real asset to Delamere. Coupled with her experience in working with addictions for over a decade, Catherine’s grounded and down-to-earth approach is something our guests and clinical team value greatly.

Psychiatry and addiction work have been part of my being for nearly a quarter of a century. I first experienced Delamere Health as a construction site in 2019 and have witnessed the first guest arrive and am proud to have been part of many hundreds of recoveries since. My role as a Psychiatrist is deeply integrated with our entire Delamere team to ensure that medical treatments seamlessly align with therapy goals to provide safe, secure and caring recovery. My ethos has always been to never give up: there is always hope.

Balance is often one of the ingredients to ongoing recovery. Beyond work I am Mum to four children, I reluctantly do yoga but benefit massively, however I love to run, read and swim in cold water. I am often a reportedly an awful cook, as my family tell me, and my plants often wilt.
