Natalie Pearson
Registered Nurse at Delamere

About Natalie

I joined the clinical team at Delamere in August 2023 as a Preceptorship Nurse due to gaining my Adult Nursing degree. Prior to this, I had worked in the care sector for 22 years, with 16 years of this working as a Support Worker with individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues. During this time I also gained a 1st class degree in Early Childhood Studies followed by a 1st class degree in Adult Nursing.

My favourite part of working with the clinical team at Delamere is having the opportunity to witness and be part of each guest’s journey, from the point of their admission to the day that they graduate and leave. Seeing their transformation and encouraging them along the way is an amazing privilege that I’m glad I can be a small part of.
