About Alex
The aim of my role is to develop a strong organisational culture, fostering a positive working environment, along with aligning HR practices to Delamere’s objectives. This is done by providing leadership and direction in all areas of HR, including recruitment and selection, training and development, talent management, employee relations, performance management, colleague engagement, and compensation and benefits. Success will look like a colleague lifecycle that is as rewarding as the guest experience.
I have worked in my field for almost 30 years and whilst I have only been at Delamere for a relatively short amount of time, I come with experience in a broad range of areas including; operational HR, learning and development, talent management, and executive coaching. I have a particular passion for supporting colleagues to maximise their potential and reach their goals.
My favourite aspects of the role to date are the passion the team have for the service they provide our guests, along with a beautiful work environment and a very welcoming team.
