Group therapy for alcohol recovery at Delamere
Charlotte Lillie
Head of Admissions at Delamere

About Charlotte

I began working for Delamere in August 2024. Prior to this, I spent 12 years working in education, supporting children and families in both private and state funded environments. My work in education exposed me to the emotion that rides on a family when making significant decisions for loved ones. As a result, I learnt the value of listening and the importance of taking the time to genuinely understand an individual’s needs.

This experience certainly set me in good stead for joining the admissions team at Delamere, where our aim is to seamlessly support guests through the admissions journey, recognising and supporting their physical and emotional requirements to ensure a well-informed and safe admission to Delamere’s programme.
