It is a great privilege to lead an organisation which has purpose-led and focused on the really matters; outcomes for our guests.
My own journey through and beyond addiction and a passion for helping others recover has been the inspiration behind Delamere. Alongside a team who share my vision, we have challenged many of the conventions in the addiction treatment and behavioural health sector to provide something unique, exemplary and effective. Our role here is to receive people with compassion and respect in comfortable surroundings; somewhere we’d want to stay ourselves. As such we designed and built Delamere from scratch and we offer a truly therapeutic environment that is conducive to the nature of the work and healing our guests do here.
Whilst in our care we help people find the courage to make profound personal transformations and bring about emotional maturity, peace of mind and lasting freedom from addiction, burnout and mental health challenges.
My main hobby is running; preferably trails in Cumbria, yet more often than not, flats in Cheshire where I live with Becky, a Doctor in paediatrics and our 3 young children. I’m training just now for a 55k ultramarathon in Cumbria.
