I joined Delamere in January 2020 but had previously worked with founder and CEO Martin Preston to help set up Delamere with admin support and recruitment. I have 36 years PA experience at Director level in various industries including banking, manufacturing, media, corporate hospitality, and the health service.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, onboarding documentation, changes and leavers on the system
  • Providing operational support on systems within the organisation
  • Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures
  • Managing and processing accounts systems
  • Producing and delivering invoices
  • Recording and tracking product orders
  • Organising meetings and managing databases
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Organising company events
  • Ordering processing for the business
