Delamere sleeping pill rehab

Our addiction treatment programme has been created with the help of the most respected industry professionals to bring about lasting positive change in our guests in a relatively short period of time. Our rural Cheshire location serves as the perfect environment for welcoming new beginnings and completing a successful rehab for sleeping pill addiction. Here at Delamere, we take a fresh approach to sleeping pill addiction rehab that marries tried and tested traditional therapies with innovative and holistic approaches to allow our guests to heal their minds and bodies. It is our belief that looking at guests as a whole and not simply their addiction will give them the most successful chance at recovery and living a life free from addiction.

To bring about this complete healing, each of our guests is invited to four 1-1 therapy sessions a week, comprising two 1-1 counselling and two Recovery Mentoring sessions, as well as group trauma therapies covering themes including adverse childhood experiences and grief and loss.

These run alongside holistic and somatic sessions such as equine therapy, yoga, meditation, breathwork, music, and art to help let go of traumas stored in the body. Upon entering rehab for sleeping pills at Delamere, guests will begin a medically assisted sleeping pill detox under the supervision of our on-site medical team, including round-the-clock nurses who will make this period of your programme as safe and comfortable as possible. Following a successful withdrawal at our private rehab in Cheshire, our attention will turn to our guests’ psychological addiction, providing them with the tools and support they need to heal from the root cause of their problems and learn how to adapt back to day-to-day life. Post retreat, we do not want all of your hard work to go to waste, which is why Delamere will continue to support you with weekly on-site support sessions to help bring recovery home.

Why is rehab for sleeping pills important?

Rehab for sleeping pill addiction can have life-changing benefits for the person suffering from the addiction and the people closest to them. Over time, a sleeping pill addiction will affect all aspects of a sufferer’s life and will likely only ever worsen if left untreated. This is why seeking professional help from a sleeping pill abuse rehab like Delamere as early on as possible is of the utmost importance. For most people, addiction is shrouded in shame and guilt, making it a very private and isolating experience that a sufferer tends to endure on their own.

At Delamere, we feel this can really hinder someone’s ability to open up and grow beyond addiction. During a stay at Delamere, guests enter group therapies in which they inevitably create peer connections and are able to bond over similar experiences and feelings. We have found the impact of a peer community at Delamere to be profound in creating an additional support system that our guests can turn to and removing feelings of shame, isolation, and guilt.

“Addiction is often a painful drama for all involved. However, with the right help and support, recovery is possible.”

The Delamere approach to sleeping pill rehab

An inpatient stay at Delamere is a deliberately intensive 4-phase sleeping pill addiction rehab programme, one which we have crafted over time and has helped many participants recover. Our emphasis is on holistic care to treat addiction and associated issues. This means that we treat the whole person rather than just the symptoms they present with. We believe that successful treatment runs far deeper than simply stopping the addictive substance or behaviour.

Our approach at Delamere comprises 4 core phases: Stop, Start, Grow, & Bloom. Everything we offer at Delamere aims at effective and lasting outcomes in addiction treatment:

  • Stop Icon
    Stage 1: Stop

This phase addresses any physical aspects of your addiction. Our medical team is on hand 24/7 to ensure a safe and effective withdrawal.

  • Start Icon
    Stage 2: Start

During ‘Start’ we help identify the psychological underpinnings of your dependency as you participate in a variety of addiction treatment therapies.

  • Grow Icon
    Stage 3: Grow

Our ‘Grow’ phase is the process of integrating the Delamere learning experience into life after treatment.

  • Bloom Icon (Use)
    Stage 4: Bloom

Our ‘Bloom’ phase offers intensive support on a weekly basis for the first three months of recovery once guests return home.
