We’re delighted to formally welcome Dr Terry Spokes, who joins the team here at Delamere in Cheshire as Outcomes Director and Head of Recovery.  

Terry is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist, who achieved his Doctorate at Oxford University.  An expert in addiction treatment, trauma and neuropsychology, Terry has provided training for addiction treatment providers across the globe and speaks regularly at International Conferences on mental health, addiction and trauma.

Here at Delamere, Terry leads the development of The Delamere Treatment Model, alongside therapy veteran Mike Delaney, our Clinical Director.  

Terry’s appointment is a real coup for Delamere and is testament to the great work of colleagues here who over the last 15 months have helped position Delamere as the premier addiction treatment clinic in Europe.  

Terry commented “I am delighted to join such a caring and forward-thinking team. It is clear that all elements of the programme are designed to optimise the experience of our guests and to help build the foundation for longer-term recovery and well-being. I am very much looking forward to exploring opportunities for further growth and development here at Delamere.”
