Group therapy for alcohol recovery at Delamere
Megan Winnington
People Project Coordinator at Delamere

About Megan

I have previously had career in teaching and working in the charity sector, predominantly working with victims of domestic abuse and those who harm. I joined the Delamere team as a Recovery Mentor where I facilitated psycho-educational groups and 1-1 sessions with guests to help them live a life free from addiction. I have recently moved into the exciting position of People Project Coordinator, where I ensure our work culture aligns with the vision and values at Delamere.

My favourite part working at Delamere is not only seeing the profound impact some of the group sessions have on the guests, but also to be able to support our teams wellbeing throughout their colleague lifecyle too!.
